At Watch Connection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, then pack it securely inside a shipping carton.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our horologists verify the watch's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
