How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited overnight shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, ensuring your luxury watch arrives as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective plastics, tags, and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Every watch purchased from Watch Connection includes a 2-year limited warranty covering internal movement defects. This is in addition to any existing manufacturer warranties.

Can I have my watch resized before it is shipped?

Absolutely. During checkout, you can provide your wrist measurement in the notes section, and our master watchmakers will adjust the bracelet for you free of charge.
